Enrollment is confirmed only after:

3. Fees & Payments

  • Installment plans, if offered, must be paid on time.
  • Taxes, where applicable, may be added separately.
4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

Courses
  • Refund requests within 7 days of enrollment may be considered if course access has not been substantially utilized.
  • No refunds after significant course participation.

Workshops & Events
  • Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Transfers to future events may be permitted at our discretion.

5. Certification Requirements

Certificates may require:

  • Minimum attendance
  • Assignment completion
  • Project submission
  • Assessment participation

Failure to meet requirements may result in non-issuance of certificates.

6. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, videos, templates, documents, presentations, and resources remain the intellectual property of Engrave Studio and DreamClock Design Studio.

Users may not:

  • Distribute recordings without permission

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Respect mentors and fellow learners
  • Avoid harassment or discrimination

Violation may result in suspension or removal without refund.

8. Career & Placement Disclaimer

Engrave Studio may provide:

  • Career guidance
  • Portfolio reviews
  • Internship support
  • Employer introductions

However, employment, internships, freelance work, or business success cannot be guaranteed.

9. Community Guidelines

Members participating in:

  • Online groups
  • Events
  • Mentorship programs
  • Networking communities

must maintain respectful and professional conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

Engrave Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Career outcomes
  • Technical interruptions
  • Third-party service failures
  • User-generated content

11. Modifications

We may update courses, schedules, pricing, instructors, policies, and services without prior notice.
